Guaranteed Human. My boyfriend lives with his ex, but I won't break up. You should break up. I've been dating a guy. I'll call him Josh. Male 29 for about six months. He's so great and we're so compatible. And I, female 24, have definitely fallen in love with him, even though we haven't said the love word yet. I feel like it's just now getting serious. He told me about his friend. I'll call her Sarah, female 29, early on when we started dating.

He said that she is his best friend and they've been friends since they were nine.

They were next door neighbors growing up and lived together for about a year after college,

but she has been working overseas for several years and he hasn't seen her in a long time,

even though they talked somewhat.

I assumed that she was like a sister, but now I'm questioning that. So, suddenly, Sarah decides to come for a visit and asks to stay with him for a week, and he says yes, without talking to me first. Then when she gets here,

she says that she's moving back to the States, but isn't sure where yet, but probably not our area, right? What bothers me is he's really different when she's around. Like, his humor is different. He's more standoffish with me. He talks all about her and all of these great things that she's done. And they don't really flirt, but it is obvious that they have a lot of history or inside jokes. I stayed over on the first night she was there and he wasn't interested in having spicy sleep at all. He said he was too tired. Yesterday, I was coming over in the afternoon and I waited for an hour on his front step. While until he showed up with Sarah. They had gone on a walk and out to lunch

and forgotten about me coming over. Apparently he left his phone at home. I was pissed off,

so I left and he came to my house later, but only because apparently she told him to. I don't think

he's the type to cheat, but it seems obvious that he's emotionally attached to her. And I think it's

really weird that she just shows up after years and they're super tight and I feel like I'm on the outs. I know that they have a ton of history together, like stories and memories and everything. But I can't shake the sense that there is something more going on. She's supposedly leaving in five days, but who knows where? Am I being a crazy jealous girlfriend? Should I say something or just wait it out? We do have an update, but what do you think? What should she do? Somebody, well, first of foremost, your boyfriend is Tunnel Vision and a little lost puppy dog, or his friend. I don't think he's, I don't know, because they have a really long connection.

They grew up pretty much throughout their entire lives.

But he seems like he dropped the entire world and everything else around him for her.

He called and asked me to come over and talk last night after work.

At first I thought for sure he was breaking up with me, but that's not what happened.

Although what did happen might be worse.

Sarah wasn't there when I got there.

She apparently went out somewhere for the night.

Basically, Josh told me the truth about Sarah.

They're best friends, and they talk and text very regularly.
