0:12.2	When I was in 10th grade, I got into refereeing football for a little league in town.
0:16.6	I got hired by a random booster club mom and she tells me that they pay us in cash out
0:21.3	of the snack cart money, fancy part of town selling boss and stuff.
0:25.1	But hey, no problem, I was 16 getting 120 bucks cash every Saturday, so sounds nice.
0:31.4	So the owner of the league will call him Dee from here on out was a generally nice guy
0:36.6	and had a son on the team.
0:38.4	Dee was the guy living all of his failed childhood through his 9 year old kid.
0:42.6	The season was going great except when I had to ref his games.
0:46.6	He would get mad at any call involving his son.
0:50.0	No matter what happened.
0:51.6	If this kid was on the line and went off sign, we were expected not to call it.
0:56.3	Well I like to make things as fair as possible for kids so I would always call it.
1:01.4	This would set him off and he would come running from the sidelines yelling at me.
1:05.6	I tried to talk to him multiple times but his reply was always the same.
1:09.9	It's my league so it's my rules.
1:12.6	So I moved on and just kept doing me.
1:15.6	The season was winding down and his kids team happened to make it into the championship
1:19.8	game.
1:20.8	So the coaches get to choose one referee each.
