respond or cope with kind of a micro-managing leader on my team. I feel that maybe I'm under

a microscope and colleagues who put out similar projects, similar work, maybe they're not

getting the same. I guess sometimes I feel like her comments are condescending or so.

or whatever it is I'm doing. When she doesn't give a damn about the other ones, which means she has
