1:03.0	Essentially, in this industry, I'm not about giving people money to give me work or people that give me work, me give them money back.
1:12.5	And that has started to happen after 16 years of this company never spending a dollar on marketing at all.
1:21.9	We're now paying off a person to quote unquote give us work us work that it's just not profitable.
1:28.9	So you're paying a marketer?
1:31.7	Oh, no. This is paying essentially a maintenance guy to approve contracts or approve bids that we offer up to them.
1:43.7	Okay. What is that doing for the company? What's to them. Okay.
1:44.3	What is that doing for the company?
1:45.6	What's the upside?
1:48.6	I will quote, we have to do what we have to do to get work.
