0:22.8	I've been in an industry for 35 years, and I'm currently working for a company for the past 12 years.
0:31.5	The other day, I've been promoted through the years into management, and the other day I was on a conference call with one of my direct employees.
0:40.3	And my boss happened to call him asking for some information about competitive,

0:51.9	And I'm on, we were doing a direct face-to-face call.
0:56.6	And so I'm feeding him information and trying to help him with his conversation with our,

1:06.1	Why I wasn't, why it wasn't like a three-way conversation, I don't know.
1:10.7	It probably, it should have been because I have probably more information than my employee does.

1:20.2	And in that conversation, my boss said to my employee,
