0:27.2	But my kids have a son who's 19 and my daughter's in the 18-9th month.

0:37.1	He went to Cal Poly Pomona and he's home for the summer. My son just finished his first year of school. We went to Cal Poly Pomona and he's home

0:44.1	in August. So I'm officially an empty nester. And here's my dilemma. This is what I've been feeling

0:55.9	dreaming for years of hiking Appalachian Trail and I figured well I'm going to be an empty nester
1:01.5	you know this is like the perfect time to go and hike since I'm getting over and how old are you
1:08.4	I'm 53 you're going to be 54 next month what and in what way are you? I'm 53, going to be 54 next month.
1:11.9	And in what way are you physically fit enough to do that?

1:19.1	In what way have you determined you are physically fit enough to do that?
