year out 2023 with a solo podcast just to like reflect on the year and to look forward to my goals

for 2024 tis the season for New Year's resolutions and I definitely have a New Year's

resolution in mind this year that I think it definitely will benefit me so much but I also think it will benefit the world

from the monster that is I my New Year's resolution is for me in my fucking huge mouth to stop getting me in trouble.

My mouth gets me in more trouble than anything else in the world and it's gotten

so much better I'm in such a better place at least in 2023 than I've been in the

past I mean your girl used to yell at strangers.

I picked fights with people at really important work parties.

I almost ruined my relationship with my brother

because I yelled at his roommate.

And then I went to therapy because my wife was going to divorce me if I didn't.

And then I got on medication and things are a lot better.
