Today I want to give you a very important tip to help figure out health problems. This is so simple, but it’s so important. This is one of the most important questions to ask yourself or someone else when trying to figure out health issues.

The most important question to ask when figuring out health problems is: “What happened just before you experienced the health condition?”

There is always a trigger. It could be food-related, stress-related, or environmental. If you have a health problem, think about what happened just before you started to experience that health complaint.

problems. Now, this is going to be a fairly short video, but it's so simple, but it's so important.

It's probably one of the most important questions you can ask yourself or ask someone when

1:04.5

figuring out a health problem. It's rarely asked and never emphasized, but it's so simple. So this is the question. What happened

1:15.5

just before you experienced your health condition, right? There will always be some trigger.

1:21.7

It could be food related, could be some stress, something going on in the environment.

1:28.8

I'm going to give you some examples.

1:35.2

Had a patient come in with angina, chest pain, really bad. She's been struggling with this for probably a week and a half. Took me two seconds. I said, when did it start? She goes, I don't really

1:41.2

remember. I said, we'll take a look. She started looking, and then all of a sudden, oh yeah, it was on a Tuesday. I said, okay, what time? She said, five o'clock. I said,

1:50.8

okay, what did you eat right before that? She goes, started looking and she remembered she ate

1:57.2

a huge banana split. And this is a true story. It swole up the gallbladder. And then there

2:03.1

was pressure in the liver. And because the liver is right next to the heart, it put pressure in the heart.

2:07.5

She went to the emergency room. $40,000 later, okay, they found nothing. And then she ended up in my office

2:15.2

later. Now, somehow that event lingered on for a week and a half.

2:20.0

And I had to lay on the table, did some gentle massage around her abdomen. All the pain went away,

2:28.0

it never came back. So that would be one example. Another example. Someone came in, they started losing their teeth. I said,

2:37.0

what happened just before that? They're looking. They said nothing. And I said, well, nothing.

2:43.3

Did you change your diet? Oh, yeah, I became a vegan. I said, aha, interesting. So they started

2:49.7

cutting out all fats, all fat, solu vitamins, vitamin D, aha, interesting. So they started cutting out all fats, all fat-sibovitamins, vitamin D, vitamin K2,
