Since we're in here, I hung lights and I have this little sexy tape. I check on my Instagram

because I just posted it and it's, oh my god, this is the shit that gets me so

get dem erect. Now I do want to give you the heads up that I am recording this episode with what?

No caffeine. I was in New York this morning. I woke up severely hung over but we'll get to that

later in the episode. But if you're like Chris, no, you seem low energy. I am. I literally,

I'm so f***ing tired and you know when you're hung over and like the idea of putting anything in

your body sounds like one in necessity, but two, the worst thing you could do to yourself.

That's like kind of where I was this morning where I was like I know if I drink coffee or matcha,

it's over Canova, Maria Sharapova, Ramiova in her Range Rover.

So yeah, a lot has happened in the last week of recording. My older brother got married.
