So I'll just give you a little background. I'm I've been dealing with depression often on for years and.

On with the medication and updated with that and I recently started some therapy to help with that as well.

And I think we figured it out with the medication side of things, but with the trying to get back into enjoying life side of things.

That's where my therapist has come in, but something she's kind of challenged me to do is to get back into art and not something I used to be really good at and enjoy doing and lately I've been trying to get back into it.

And every time I try to do artwork and I enjoy the moment of actually doing it when I'm actively doing it, but then as soon as I'm done with a piece, I rip it to shreds like figuratively, not literally, but I just I don't know how to stop being so over critical of what I'm doing.

Okay, when you finish something, look at it and say that is so not perfect. No, seriously, you look at it and say that is so not perfect. I had a good time making it, but it's just not perfect.
