Well, I mean, I always ask people this, but what made you want to come and tell your story today?

I think for me, I've been listening to the podcast for my own sort of therapeutic reasons following what's happened in my life.

And a lot of them have been quite historic and people have been sharing sort of future like their end result of kind of

how things have been since their experience has taken place and mine's still quite fresh and I just

really wanted to share my story and hopefully help someone that's still in the depths and going

through everything like me. Thank you. Well, I think that takes great courage to do that.
