Hey, hey, hey, good morning on December 22nd, 2022.

Ah, thank you for being here.

Today is my 50th birthday.

That's right.

I, um, I wasn't sure how it was going to feel on this particular day. I know that I love life,

and so I don't have a negative thing around birthdays at all. And 50 has just always been, I don't know, 50.

And so I woke up super early today naturally.

And I came into my office, which is also my meditation and journal room.

And I just, I lit some candles and I just started writing and reflecting on just how I feel and being intentional about this day, this year, a fresh start to a new decade. And I like couldn't like find the thing.

Like it wasn't, everything feels so seamless and natural right now.

It was almost trying to like separate two waves in an ocean.

And I was like, I don't feel anything in particular about 50. And like, I did when

I turned 40. I knew that was like a certain rite of passage. I knew there was a lot I was leaving

behind from lessons I learned and triumphs I've had in my 30s, entering 40.

And then I kind of reflected on my 40th birthday.

Glenn threw me an intimate party at, I think it was Nobu Malibu.

It was reflecting on the people that were there and who I was at the time and what my dreams were and wow has this been a

decade. I have transformed in almost every single way. At 40, I think the, I don't even know if the

Academy had started, the Divine Living Academy,

if it was just about to start or it was ramping up. There was the Divine Living magazine that

happened during this time, tons of travel and moves and lessons learned. And so I think what I, the difference for me between 40 and 50 was at 40 was really excited and kind of obsessed with becoming or getting to dot, da, dot, that. And though I hope and pray, I have many,

many, many more years on this amazing planet, I feel like there's been a becoming like I've become.
