Hey guys, today I'm doing one of my favorite episodes. We're talking about books. And I did not really read when I was at school mainly because I

couldn't get my Kindle to connect to the Wi-Fi but also because I was tired and every time or every chance I had to like lay down or have

free time I would just sleep but this summer I got back into reading and I think I've read

18 or 19 books okay and I'm gonna be sharing my five-star reads of the summer, and I'm not someone who's very pikey about books.

Okay, I give something five stars if it's like entertaining to me and I keep wanting to read it, not necessarily

if it's considered like a quote-unquote good book, because I don't know if I've ever actually

read a good book in my life. it's just something that's entertaining.

I always viewed the books that I read to be sort of equivalent to watching TV where I'm not really learning anything but it's just kind of entertainment but I

justify it as it's better than staring at my phone or staring at a laptop all day. So here we go. I'm also, okay, forgot to say this.

At the end of the episode I'm going to be giving some reading tips how you can get into reading if that interests you but obviously we're doing the book wrecks first because that's what people care about.

And I recently have been on a role reading so many books that I've been absolutely obsessed with.

Like truly so so good, so entertaining.

The first one is the most recent one I just read.

It's right now, there's only two books in the series, but I read the back of the book and I think the author said there's going to be up to six, so it's vibes of like Akatar where it's like a long series. But this is

the Serpent and the Wings of Night by Carissa Broadbent, and it's about vampires, okay?

And it's, it's so good.

It kind of reminds me of if the Hunger Games involved only vampires.

That's what I would say.

It's similar to its fantasy, enemies to lovers,

extremely slow burn.

Okay?

And the only thing I was like, me about the book.
