Summary

Hey y’all!

This episode of Married With Horses is with barrel horse trainer, Craig Brooks. Craig has been successful in training and competing in the futurity world for many years. This Georgia cowboy has qualified for The American and this year made the shootout final-four round. He ended up 3rd against the best horses on the planet in one of the most competitive events and most challenging atmospheres at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. Just prior to this conversation he had just won the first round of the futurity of Diamonds and Dirt on his Epic Leader colt, Epic Bit of Fame.

Craig is an interesting and articulate fella. We discussed training tactics, mentality, and discussed many if the horses he’s competed and won on in the past. We really enjoyed talking with him and hope you have a good time listening to it!
