Howdy!

We hope everyone is having a fantastic holiday season! We’re back on this Boxing Day edition of MWH to bring you a conversation with Charlotte Edwards. Charlotte, among other things, is a barrel horse trainer. Another hat she wears is that of a Barrel Futurities of America Board Member. We talk about training colts, discuss some fun stories from horses from the past, and talk a little bit about Charlotte’s upbringing in the horse world. We also spend a good bit of time discussing the BFA’s move from the Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City to the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, OK. We know that there’s a lot of talk about this topic lately and wanted to discuss a few of the talking points with someone who knew actual information. Granted, like most things, many of the answers raised other questions that will hopefully be discussed and resolved as we move forward. We’ll be coming back to you soon with some great new content and look forward to spending all of 2019 with you!

0:36.2	One of my all-time favorites, Orange Smash. Yeah. Took Martha Josie to the NFR. Mm-hmm. Isahimmy. That was a really cool horse. The Fusa. The FUS. What was that one of the name? Something FUSA. VF. Something Fuse. Yeah. Yeah.
0:56.0	So train some awesome horses.
0:57.5	So she's also on the BFA board.
1:00.9	So we did get a chance.
1:01.7	We wanted to have somebody on.
1:02.9	We've talked a little bit about the move from Oklahoma City to Guthrie.
1:07.1	And we wanted to have somebody.
1:07.8	From a contestant standpoint.

1:09.8	So we wanted to have somebody on the board. So they could talk to us a little bit about it from the board from the decision
1:14.6	maker standpoint and how that went and of course like everything each answer probably generated
1:21.2	two or three more questions and i know there'll be questions up until know, the day after it's over sort of thing.
1:30.0	Because it is the first year and there's going to be a lot going on.
