going to begin speaking about how to fight the spiritual battle we have to fight

when we are tempted. Temptation is probably one of those biggest things that

come our way every single day. We're tempted to lie, we're tempted to manipulate

things to get an advantage for ourselves, we're tempted to be bitter, we're

tempted to lust, we're tempted to be abusive and angry toward people when

they don't deserve it. Friends, temptation is one of those battles that we face

every day. And today we're going to look at one way to fight the battle. We will

address this issue of temptation again later in this Mind War series. But for now,

I want to give you one verse that you can pull out. And again, I suggest you

memorize these verses as I mentioned yesterday, so that when the time of

temptation comes, you can whip out these verses like a dagger and kill the

thought, kill the thing that is coming up to distract you and draw you away.
