Summary

Jeff is joined by ESPN's Greg Wyshynski for this week's edition of MvsW! They start off with a discussion on the state of defence in the NHL today and what it takes to build a cup contending blue line. Next, they shift focus to the struggles surrounding the Washington Capitals and the Pittsburgh Penguins and if either of those teams can bounce back from their tough starts, before sharing some early impressions of the Vancouver Canucks. To wrap up, Jeff and Greg weigh in on the vote on the decentralization of the draft and the pros and cons of both sides of the coin. The views and opinions expressed in this podcast are those of the hosts and guests and do not necessarily reflect the position of Rogers Sports & Media or any affiliates.
