kind of a whim when it comes to running in the winter I don't do it outdoors I you know I

hop on the treadmill but the weather turns and then all of a sudden I get really excited about being able to go and run outside.

So he writes a letter on an open letter on Instagram after getting at after getting caught using PEDs. I am sorry. I am deeply sorry and I want to apologize to my family friends

supporters and the sport in general. I've been suspended for a positive

out of competition doping control and I'm suspended for three years. I have no plans to return to

triathlon professionally. I started using this PED in November after feeling like I've lost my way in this sport in the moment I was

injured and sick and felt I had to do this if I was going to have the success I

wanted in 2024.
