I think that the first thing is I don't take myself too seriously.

I think that being very empathetic. I think as a comedian, as a performer, you know, you have to operate with a deep

sense of empathy. And you also have to be a really good listener. I think a lot of the skill sets

that started around, you know, comedy, listening, empathy have really allowed me to excel as a

leader in a lot of ways because those are some of the qualities of what goes into great leaders and great leaders of people.

And I think I wouldn't be where I'm at without those terrible days of going on stage with a piece of cardboard and reading jokes out of, you know, off the cardboard and hearing the crickets in the audience.
