It's been about 10 days since the Supreme Court issued the third of its important rulings,

session ended in rulings about affirmative action, student debt, and the right of

a vendor to deny expressive services.

I wouldn't say that we're actually the biggest decisions, but they were big and they certainly

got lumped together in the argument that the Supreme Court didn't just get something

wrong.

Just didn't err in the eyes of me, the person making the argument or me, actual me, Mike

Pesca, but that the Supreme Court is illegitimate, illegitimate.

Territ all down the institution is illegitimate.
