It is beautiful. I'm sure. It is. Arizona is one of my, Arizona's one of my favorite places

in the country. I'd never leave. Yeah, I'd never leave Chicago, the Chicago land area. I know I live in Northwest Indiana. Thank you very much. But I would never leave this area because of my love for this city. But if I did, there's only two places in the country that I would consider moving. That's Arizona or Nashville. Nashville, huh? No Miami in your life? No Miami. Oh, my goodness.

Have you been?

My parents-in-law have a place in Fort Myers, so we go down there once a year. That's not Miami. Have you been to Miami? No, I've never been to Miami. Okay, you need to go to Miami. Is it good? I heard it's okay. It's all right. I heard it's okay. All right.

Listen, Brax, I said the same thing about Sacramento when I was in high school.

All right.

Years later, I haven't been, I have only been back to visit, okay? I've only been back to visit. All right. And I love Sacramento. I love Sacramento. I love that area. But, you know, when the bird left, it didn't, he didn't come back. Yeah. Well, it's hard. It's hard for me to leave this city. And, you know, if I wasn't being tortured by our sports teams here in Chicago, I don't know what I'd have in my life. So, but hey, shout out to the Chicago Cubs. I got my C.HGO Cubs shirt on.

They made the playoffs yesterday. So we'll see if the Cubs can win a playoff series. It would be our first playoff series win in the history of CHGO sports. The Cubs can find a way to win in the first

round. So hopefully they can get home field advantage throughout the wild card. So shout out to them. We need all the playoff vibes we can get. Absolutely.

So the Cubs getting it done yesterday. Congrats to them. So let's let's get into this guys. You know,
