I'm your host today, Jimmy Christensen.

Nick is on vacation with his family, so I'll be riding solo today.

Apologies in advance on that one.

This is an episode where I am happy it's a podcast, not a video recording because I decided to take my family to the beach today.

I'm very pale and I thought, you know, let's get a little color.

It's already the end of June.

I'm way too pale for this time of the season, time of the year.

So didn't put sunblock on.

I am red as a lobster right now.

So if, I don't know, maybe some other pale folk can understand that, but I am struggling

right now.

But we'll keep this episode short today because this is just me.

And I don't want to put you guys through the torture of a 45 minute episode with just

my voice.

So we'll go ahead and get moving on today's episode.

It's just going to be going over. It's a little early for it, I would say. We're about a month

away from camp, but obviously the offseason workouts and mini camps and all of that has been

completed. We're in the final stretch of the offseason, the dead time where players can get

their last vacations in, hang out with the family, obviously still training.
