Help you get the players in and out of your lineups. Let's start with the running backs and let's start with Derek Brown.

Start or six? Who are the RBs you want to get in that lineup this week, my friend?

Well, if you picked them up off the way of a wire, you got to be getting them into the lineup. If James Conner with dare Williams has already been ruled out, I think you know Benjamin is going to crush this week.

ECR has him down at RB 27. I think that is wrong.

He is going to fall between my top 15 and 20 running backs for the week and people might stare at me and Sam and saying, but you look at what you know Benjamin has done.

He's going to be the clear lead back in this offense last week. 11 touches. He turned those into 53 total yards when he's been given opportunities.

Joe, he's crushed. He's 10th in yards created per touch 13th in juke rate. And he has a smash match up this week. Seattle just gave up basically all the yards in the universe to Alvin Camara, who only forced one mistackle last week.

One, what do we think, you know, who's actually efficient at this stage of his career can do versus his defense that is 30 second rushing yards per game and is allowed these six highest yards per reception to run in backs.

Okay, you know Benjamin with the arrow pointing up and James Conner certainly has gotten a lot of opportunities and hasn't delivered. So even if he is healthy enough to play.

I don't know how effective he's going to be considering he hasn't really been effective all year. Those are two words effective and Conner, they've not come together in 2022.

Give me another guy on the RB slate that you want to get in that line up this week, deep, bro.

Well, stick with the wave of wire theme of this one. If you're going to go plug and play.
