Summary

We begin the podcast today with the vetting of Kathy - Kathy Barnette - that is. The outsider candidate who is in a three-way dogfight in the Pennsylvania GOP Senate primary. She's been largely unvetted to this point, despite the fact that election day is next week. Donald Trump, who has endorsed one of her opponents, has warned that if she wins the primary the Democrats will be very excited about the general election. Trump is probably correct here, but it is, of course, a bit ironic for him to say it. Then, we get into the latest on the baby formula shortage crisis. Reports of pallets of formula are being sent to our southern border, which is essentially a subsidy to the cartels, who smuggle children to America. Mind you, we can't even get enough formula to American stores. And that isn't the only supply chain crisis we're seeing. Intravenous contrast solution, which is necessary for all sorts of medical functions, is now in sparse supply and our dependence on China is almost entirely to blame. We explain. Plus, Biden is refusing to allow for new drilling permits despite soaring energy prices, abortion radicalism has subsumed the Democrat Party, and masks are returning in schools. All of that, plus much more in the opening of the podcast. Two guests today - first, Breitbart Tech Editor Colin Madine makes an emergency appearance to report and analyze the breaking news that Elon Musk has put his deal to buy Twitter on hold. Colin is a Musk skeptic, but we all are complimentary of this move, at least as of now. We explain. Then, Breitbart Economics Editor John Carney breaks down the latest Bidenflation numbers, which were even worse than expected, and then he helps us make some sense of the baby formula shortage.

0:32.2

She's been largely unknown to the public at this point, despite the fact the election is

next week. Donald Trump,

0:39.0

who endorsed one of her opponents, Dr. Oz, the other being Dave McCormick, has warned that she

wins the primary, the Democrats will be very excited about the general election. I'm inclined to agree

0:50.4

with Trump here, but it is, of course, a bit ironic coming from, you know, the ultimate

0:54.6

outsider himself, DJT. Then we get into the baby formula crisis. Reports of pallets of formula being

1:00.9

sent to the southern border has people in an outrage. This, of course, will help the cartels

1:06.1

who have smuggled children to America to fit their own purposes. If this is true, there is, and there really is no

1:13.7

reason to doubt that it is. It's truly insane, considering we can't even get enough formula to

1:18.7

American stores for American babies. Not to say any baby should suffer. This is just still a

1:24.0

truly insane policy from our increasingly ridiculous government. But that isn't

1:28.8

the only supply chain crisis we discuss. There is something called IV contrast solution, which is

1:34.2

necessary for all sorts of medical functions, in particular CT scans that is now sparsely available,

1:41.1

and our dependence on China is to blame almost entirely for this. And I explained in the

1:46.8

opening of the show. Joe Biden is refusing to allow new drilling permits despite the thuring

energy prices. Abortion radicalism has subsumed the Democrat Party. There's new details on that.

1:57.3

And masks are returning to schools. All of this plus much more in the monologue. Then today we have two

guests. First, Collin Medine, who is our tech editor at Brightport, who made emergency appearance

because during the show, it broke that Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, has put the deal
