200th episode a few weeks ago and it has, listen I'm going to try and do this in a

shorter than I've ever done before and just full of information and a lot less

rambling because this is a very long episode. It in theory should have been a two-parter but I've already

given you two-partters in a row so I thought I would spare you for that and instead you're getting just one really long one but if you ever feel like this

requests in terms of what you missed in the podcast if there's anything I can do better, anything like that.

A few of you asked me if I could be better at introducing the guest, which absolutely, I think the reason why I have not been good

at that in the past has been because I'm so scared of saying something that is wrong

or you know it's sometimes people don't have their biographies on their website so I don't want to say they're in something that they were in 10 years ago etc etc but I definitely feel confident that I can do it with Trevor because he's a good friend of mine.
