the House Paul Ryan, after being asked about a democratic plan to tie Harvey relief funding

to the debt ceiling vote, a vote that, quite frankly, needs to happen.

I think that's ridiculous and disgraceful, that they want to play politics with the debt

ceiling at this moment.

I think what those, what the leaders you just described, proposed, is, is unworkable.

To which Donald Trump said hours later, it actually works for me.

Here is a boarder of force one explaining why he signed on to the Pelosi Schumer plan

that Ryan had just called ridiculous.

We had a very good meeting with Nancy Pelosi and Jack Schumer.

We agreed to a three month extension on debt ceiling, which they consider to be sacred,

very important.

Always, we'll agree on debt ceiling, automatically because of the importance of it.

Okay, there are a bunch of guys in the Freedom Caucus who do not agree with always agreeing,

but that's okay.

You did blast those guys after the health care vote, but then you praised them.

Now you see them to be sidelineing them, but you also do need them on immigration in the

border wall.
