I'm Kevin Allison, and every Thursday we release these special episodes where we look

back at content from our earlier years.

Sometimes single stories, sometimes whole episodes, keep in mind that years ago people might

have awarded things differently than they would today.

As always, the title of the whole series, Risk, is itself a content warning.

Hello kids, this is Risk, the show where people tell true stories, they never thought they

dared to share.

I'm Kevin Allyson and that up top was I think the strangest opening theme that has ever

been donated to us. That was Sloth Bear with a song called Oxus Armlets and I have no

idea what that means. This is Warmburner Behind Me Now and today's episode is all about

music. Stories inspired by music or the lifestyle from which music is created. We're going to

start with a very good friend of mine, Crazy Man, Mr. Eric Andre. Now we did a show in Los

Angeles recently where the theme was Rock and Roll and Eric felt that this little story

here, this small anecdote really expresses the essence of Rock and Roll. We call this one

Stigmata. That's the story I want to talk about. It's kind of rock and roll. One time I was

in high school. I used to do this kind of party trick in high school where I would slam

my head against the locker because it was like thin metal. It wouldn't hurt but it sounded

really loud and painful and I was super into Chris Farley. Any time like a girl would walk
