An Australian woman who murdered three of her in-laws with a meal of toxic mushrooms also

allegedly tried to murder her husband using poisoned pasta, a chicken curry, and a sandwich wrap

for a year leading up to the fatal lunch. A judge on Friday lifted a gag order on pretrial evidence

involving 50-year-old triple murderer Aaron Patterson. Part of that evidence was testimony from her

husband, Simon, who had thought he was

being poisoned on family camping trips between 2021 and 2022. One time, he says, he even fell into a coma

until part of his colon was removed. Patterson was initially charged with attempting to murder him,

but those charges were later dropped. A jury last month, though, found Patterson lured her in-laws and

another couple to their home in 2023

and poisoned their beef wellingtons with death-cap mushrooms.
