YouTube now. In the early morning hours of July 8th, 2010, shots rang out in a rural farming area

outside of Fielding New Zealand. How many shots? Ear witness reports vary, but at least two,

maybe three. A couple hours later, a passing motorist made a

horrifying discovery. Scott Guy, a 31-year-old farmer, husband, and father of one with one on the

way, had been shot at the end of his driveway on his way to open up for the early morning milking.

Although there was an investigation, an arrest, and a trial, there was no conviction.

And to this day, there are conflicting opinions about this case. Over the next two episodes,

we'll talk about Scott's life, the lead up to his murder, and the ensuing investigation

which resulted in a member of his family being arrested. This is his story.
