This all going down in Nevada County, California.

The caller reported that as she was driving out of her street, she saw a loose dog as well

as a woman with two kids.

The caller indicated, she asked the woman if it was her dog, and, quote, she was really weird about it.

The caller indicated that the woman said it was not her dog and was, quote, like grabbing

at her kids by the arms.

The caller then said, she left to pick up her child.

And when she returned, the woman was now walking on Alta Sierra Drive, on quote,

this really curvy road on the same side of traffic, and people had to turn on the right

During this whole traffic confusion with this dog thing, I couldn't believe she was out there with the kids.

And, um, anyway, we watched her go up a driveway, and we're like, okay, cool.

Well, now I drop my son at home and I come back and she is walking up Alta Sierra again with the kids and she has one on her shoulders and one holding her hand.
