One man in Wallingford is dead.

Barbie Poplin and her boyfriend, Donald Pasmore, are at the home on North Airline Road.

And everything is going well between them.

As the evening carries on, Donald drank at least two and a half pints of Captain Morgan liquor and ginger

ale. Donald is depressed. He's been dealing with mental health issues after his mother recently

died. Since then, he's been struggling with drugs and alcohol. Donald Passmore was born in

Meriden on April 5th, 1961.

He is a heavy equipment operator.

He's also the director of operations at Snow Pros, for which he's ran for 18 years.

There was a line of work. Donald has made a lot of friends.
