1:09.2	Unfortunately, that freedom was about to be taken advantage of.
1:12.9	On April 1st, 1988, less than a month after her eighth birthday, April and her two friends
1:19.5	began their walk to a different house to play when she realized she forgot her umbrella at the
1:24.4	previous location. She went back to get it around 3 p.m.
1:28.7	and never made it back with her friends.
1:31.1	When she failed to come home in time for dinner that night,
1:33.8	April's mother reported her missing, and pretty quickly,
1:36.9	the Fort Wayne Police Department formed a search that included 250 of their officers
1:41.6	and 50 more volunteers.
