made it to a new month we are officially at our first August episode and if you've been following along you would know

that this means that we are at a new true crime category over the past a couple

months from the beginning of the year we have been dedicating every

single month to a different true crime category we've done unsolved cases we've

done serial killers a celebrity cases last month in July we did sadistic and sinister stockers and the

category for this month for the month of August is female killers. Over the

course of the next few weeks,

we are going to be diving into four cases

of horrific murders at the hands of a female killer.

And so with this category of female killers, there truthfully was no way we could go through the month of August without talking about one of the most infamous female killer cases which is Jody Arias and as you can tell by the

title of today's episode that is what we are doing today now even though we

are talking about Jody Arias, the real victim of this

case is a man named Travis Alexander and he was brutally and viciously murdered.

So with that being said, let's jump right on into it today.

Travis Alexander was born on July 28th, 1977 in Riverside, California to his parents Gary and Pamela.
