0:11.5	started screaming on the third floor of a parking garage at 1875 Centri Park East and
0:17.8	Centri City, Los Angeles.
0:20.4	Now this is not a dark dingy parking garage.
0:23.7	The Wat Tower parking garage is right in the middle of a high end business district.
0:28.8	It's adjacent to Beverly Hills, and there are lots of boutique hotels, law firms and

1:09.4	But he couldn't see the face, couldn't even make out the gender of the person.
1:14.0	He heard tires squealing as the car sped off and saw it racing out of the garage.
1:20.2	He tried to follow the vehicle, he was trying to get a license plate number.

1:27.2	Edwin got out of his car, and that's when he saw the woman.
