Hey everyone. By way of explanation here when I started the live episode I got about 10 or 15 minutes into it before I realized that the listening audience at the time could not hear any of the music in the background,

nor could they hear any of the sound that I was playing at the time.

So I ended up taking some time to figure out exactly what went wrong, and once I did that,

I started the show over, but I did not force them to again listen to the story I told and that story was that I discovered just before the live episode began that the man I believed to be Frank Eps Jr. was not in fact Frank Eps

he was just Frank Eps. He was named after his father who was also Frank Eps but

the judge Frank Eps had no middle name whereas the Frank Eps we know today as the attorney in Greenville, South Carolina, in fact, does have a middle name.

The reason that the Judge Frank Epps ended up just being Frank Epps was because he had a brother who died in 1921 of the flu. That was the original

Frank Epps and that is how the judge became Frank Epps. I understand that is a

lot of Frank Epps to hear and a lot of Frank Ets to talk about.

But that's the story that the folks heard during the live show before I actually got started and

did it for real.

So now that you know that, we'll pick it up right here. So here's the nature of live broadcasting in general.

You think you got it right. You think you got it right most of the time. In fact, after we did the first episode of Murder,

etc. Live, I guess I got cocky. But I wasn't so cocky is not to make notes because I'll tell you just last week

when I did the first episode.

What I did was I sat down and it took me about eight hours

to find the exact software and the exact alignment

of all the software and how to route everything

to get everything from eight different programs out to you in your ears.

And once I got that done I thought I've got this figured out and at the end of the last episode

which frankly I thought went pretty well what ended up happening was I'm like I'm

going to be smart this time I'm going to make some notes and I made some notes on exactly how everything was
