Hello and welcome to this week's sidebar for episode two of season three of proof.

And this is our first sidebar for this season.

Before we start talking about Kalamazoo and Earl LeBurn, we wanted to touch on Jake Silva again, our season two case.

We had an update for him a couple weeks ago, and you might have heard how frustrated we were with the fact that we don't have a full

and complete update for you at this point. I wish we did. It's, especially in the light of Scott's

case, it makes it even more devastating that Jake has to wait this long while his health is

failing, but we're still confident that results aren't too far away.

That seems like something always happens to delay things, but hopefully not too much more.

And again, once we have something for sure that we can tell you guys about, we'll be back

here with a full update.

I will just say that not having results for Jake is incredibly frustrating because you can all hear how much he's suffering

and honestly how mad he is. But I know that the three of us have a lot of hope and faith still

left and we're trying to sort of impart that to him as much as we can. Yeah. So if you listen to episode one and two, you know this season of proof is different.

If you haven't listened to episode one and two, go back and do that now and then you can

listen to the sidebar episode after.

But Scott's case and the murder of Earl O'Burn is different because, as you all

know by now, Scott died. So the season isn't, I mean, we still want to prove his innocence.
