Scott Baldwin had known since 2022 that we were interested in his case, that we wanted to see if maybe we could cover it on this podcast.

His attorneys weren't comfortable with the idea, which is understandable.

So for years, I remained in touch with Scott, hearing updates about his case and his cancer.
