A driver crashed a car into the FBI headquarters front gate in Atlanta, Georgia this afternoon.

The Bureau says the driver was arrested and is currently in custody after attempting to enter the facility.

Police are working to determine the driver's identity and a possible motive.

Alec Murdoch is sentenced to 40 years on top of the two life sentences he's currently serving for

murder.

The new sentence comes after Murdoch pleaded guilty in September to nearly two dozen federal charges

which included bank and wire fraud as well as money laundering.

He was alleged to have stolen millions of dollars from his South Carolina law firm

and his clients.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Murdoch conducted various schemes such as

redirecting settlement money intended for a client into a personal account.
