Murdo who will now face a new trial in Colton County where he was previously convicted

of the brutal deaths of his wife Maggie and son Paul.

The ruling comes on the heels of county clerk Rebecca Hill pleading guilty to criminal charges

of perjury and obstruction of justice after releasing sealed graphic photos from Murdoz's case
