0:55.4	Let's get started by bringing in the man who says that birds aren't real, so what are we really eating on Thanksgiving? It's Mr.
1:00.2	Jim. Jim, how's it going? It's going well, Len. And by the way, when Mr. Justice says birds,
1:05.5	he is, of course, referring to turkeys. So if we're being completely honest here, those genetically
1:10.3	enhanced birds that get
1:12.1	tossed in the oven every Thanksgiving morning are so far removed from the wild turkeys that
1:17.0	the pilgrims tried to catch back in 1620. And by the way, Len, that's a part of the first Thanksgiving
1:24.0	part of the story. Rarely gets told. I mean, there are two surviving pieces
1:29.4	of documentation that tells us exactly what was served at that first celebration. And those
1:35.4	items were venison, as in freshly killed deer, assorted waterfowl, so ducks, geese,

1:44.8	And so we got freshwater fish and some that got hauled out of the sea.
