Again, good morning friends. My name's Pat. I'm an alcoholic, hi, I'm a member of a Tahire group and I live in Warhope.

It's beautiful to welcome all you people here this morning. This is our first

meeting of AA this morning. It's the old time as meeting.

And before introducing your chairman for this morning,

I'd like to read one announcement and also the preamble. The announcement which you may have heard

last night at the meeting regards our

tradition of personal anonymity at the public level.

Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion.

We need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, TV and films.

Thus we respectfully ask that no AA speaker or indeed any AA member be identified by full name in published or broadcast reports of

our meetings.

The assurance of anonymity is essential in our efforts to help other problem drinkers who may wish to share our recovery program with us.

And our tradition of anonymity reminds us that AA principles come before

personalities. You know usually I talk too much and I don't share enough and I'd like to share

something just to kick off Gordon would you read the preamble for us?
