So I'm Hayden, I'm an alcoholic, I'm Hayden, the first time I came into AA was in September

2007.

However, my sobriety date is August 3, 2015.

So almost a decade I've been coming in and out of the room and what I was like, I grew

up around here, I was born in San Francisco, grew up in Piedmont, my mom was born in San

Francisco, my grandma was born in Oklahoma, I was born in San Francisco, yes, I'm a

beautiful one.

But so I came from an alcoholic home and it was totally normal to drink a huge Catholic

family, non-practicing Catholic.

And yeah, that was super normal, so even when I was a kid one of my friends, dad was like

an alcoholic in AA, and I remember my mom saying that if you ever go to a party and

someone's not drinking, stay away from them because they're probably an alcoholic, like

a kid you know, an alcoholic and they talk about God and like stay away.

So that was sincerely that too, to my family, I didn't really think about it, it's ironic

my brothers in AA and my other brothers went in and out of rehab, go figure.

So yeah, I had a good time drinking for the most part, I drink in high school, and

I woke up out into some other stuff, like mushrooms, crystal, ecstasy, I don't know, some
