Hi my name is Laura, I'm an alcoholic and an addict and well let's see I'm going to

When I was a kid like you hear most alcoholics say I never felt comfortable in my own

skin.

I always felt lonely as when I was in a crowd and none of these things made me alcoholic

something in my brain you know made me an alcoholic but these things didn't help any.

I grew up in a middle class family and I was loved very much but my father was a raging

alcoholic, very angry raging alcoholic.

So I had a good example on how to serve my career of drinking and as I said before this

didn't make me an alcoholic either but it's just one of the things in my life.

I had extremely low self esteem.

I liked to drink at a you know young age and I liked to double in drugs to as a teenager

and conglomeration of these things led to me getting myself pregnant when I was 17.

I married the dad and we started this marriage with a lot of love but both of our addictions

pretty much killed the love within a couple years and our marriage became a very scary

place to be.

I left him after a few years and took my son with me and my poor son was kind of bewildered
