1:00.4	Helping others is the foundation of our sobriety and basically, you know what that means to
1:05.9	me is that while I'm going to be speaking to you this afternoon a little bit about service,
1:13.0	I came into these rooms some time ago and I came in quite loaded, well not loaded with
1:21.4	alcohol.
1:22.4	A little bit of it, but with anxiety and with some trepidation, I didn't know what to expect.
1:29.8	I'd been thinking about the fact that I had a little bit of a problem and maybe I should
1:35.6	do something about it.
1:37.2	So in my hometown, but only where I live, I went to the airfield meeting the one evening
