0:33.0	So I have a little bit over two and a half, two, two, two, a little over two years of sobriety.
0:42.0	My sobriety date is Christmas of 2016.
0:47.0	I have a sponsor and two sponsors.
0:51.0	So I'll just start at the beginning.
0:55.0	I was born into a sober household, meaning both of my parents are sober because they're alcoholics and they were sober.
1:04.0	I've never seen them take a drink so they have about 30 years each, which was a blessing and a curse for me at the time because I had conscious parents that like loved me and were present and I didn't get to see them, you know, drink.
1:18.0	But also I felt like I had this really weird relationship with alcohol.
1:22.0	It was like, no, that's bad.
1:25.0	Like that's, we don't do that here.
1:28.0	Like I just had this sort of weird, like I remember like my older sister would have a beer.
1:34.0	She's not an alcoholic and I would just be like, no.
1:36.0	So I had this very black and white thinking from a really early age.
1:40.0	I struggled with food addiction.
1:43.0	My first addiction was that.
1:45.0	I felt like an alien as a kid.
1:48.0	I felt super like I wasn't supposed to be there.
