So I have a little bit over two and a half, two, two, two, a little over two years of sobriety.

My sobriety date is Christmas of 2016.

I have a sponsor and two sponsors.

So I'll just start at the beginning.

I was born into a sober household, meaning both of my parents are sober because they're alcoholics and they were sober.

I've never seen them take a drink so they have about 30 years each, which was a blessing and a curse for me at the time because I had conscious parents that like loved me and were present and I didn't get to see them, you know, drink.

But also I felt like I had this really weird relationship with alcohol.

It was like, no, that's bad.

Like that's, we don't do that here.

Like I just had this sort of weird, like I remember like my older sister would have a beer.

She's not an alcoholic and I would just be like, no.

So I had this very black and white thinking from a really early age.

I struggled with food addiction.

My first addiction was that.

I felt like an alien as a kid.

I felt super like I wasn't supposed to be there.
