And I remember a serving member of the emotional sobriety group Sonny Arthur in Glasgow.

It's just a joy to come along and talk about my favourite subject which is me.

I see my alcoholism and death to my mother who died in 40. I see how it impacted my dad in 42.

I was an orphan kid you know and I was lost. I just couldn't quite get it and understand it.

You know and became you know kind of you know withdrawing in life.

And in order to deal with that sort of you know isolation took up sport which was boxing.

And I love boxing a lot of damage and I trained for personal and I thought this is what I was going to be.
