Thanks Wayne for the invite and it's good to see you know the plumber if I was down some years ago and I had a fantastic experience.

So hopefully you can tolerate my Scottish accent. I'm not going to swear this evening.

I'm going to be on my best behavior. Thanks to the previous speakers for telling me how today is great and wonderful to listen to real recovery.

My name is Ann Alphabolic. My sobriety date is the fifth of April 1987.

And I remember a serving member of the emotional sobriety group Sonny Arthur in Glasgow.

It's just a joy to come along and talk about my favourite subject which is me.

So I'm just going to go for it. I might say you share things.

You might turn into you might not turn into you might switch or you might go away.

You might push you might square and then complain to Wayne a lot.

It's the way you get a sky on the deal because you know you can put game ahead.

But that's one of the things that I recognize that this madness and sanity of alcohol has got me before even rank.

I see my alcoholism and death to my mother who died in 40. I see how it impacted my dad in 42.

I was an orphan kid you know and I was lost. I just couldn't quite get it and understand it.

You know and became you know kind of you know withdrawing in life.

And in order to deal with that sort of you know isolation took up sport which was boxing.

And I love boxing a lot of damage and I trained for personal and I thought this is what I was going to be.
