0:40.8	And it was like when I got asked I was like I don't want to speak in an AA meeting on

0:45.0	But then I realized that like this is actually really where I want to and need to be on my
0:50.0	birthday and I had a really lovely day with friends most of whom were sober and that
0:57.3	I've met through the program and we just it was just lovely.
1:00.4	I decided I wanted to go to the woods and like be in the woods for hours on end and that's
1:05.0	something I never would have done for myself on a birthday ever like I you know my birthdays
1:11.0	are always tricky you know I always feel like what am I doing what have I done how my
1:16.9	living and I feel like the more sober I get the easier birthdays feel because I feel
1:22.6	like I'm actually making progress in my life for the first time and that feels really good.
