0:09.0	Four people killed in a shooting at a massive office building in Midtown Manhattan earlier this evening.
0:14.5	Police say the shooter is now dead and that he shot himself.
0:17.8	The NYPD says one police officer and three civilians were shot and killed.

0:49.5	Santia. Mark, when you and I started talking at the beginning of 10 p.m., we had some information after that long and detailed press conference from the NYPD and the mayor. We learned quite a bit more. What's the latest? Walk us through it. Stephanie, police are saying this all started around 6.30 this evening. They say Shane Tamura drove into Midtown Manhattan. He drove his BMW, double parked that
1:14.8	BMW on Park Avenue between 51st and 52nd. They say Tamura got out of his BMW alone. They're
1:23.2	in Midtown. In his right hand, Tamura had an M4 rifle. He walked into the entrance of that building,
1:31.3	Stephanie. He walked in, turned to the right, and immediately opened fire on an NYPD police
1:37.2	officer who is in full uniform. Police say Tamura then shot a woman who was taking cover
1:43.6	behind a pillar in the lobby. Tamura then sprayed a woman who was taking cover behind a pillar in the lobby.
1:45.4	Tamura then sprayed gunfire throughout the lobby before going to the elevator bank.
1:50.4	Now, as he waited for the elevator to arrive, we're told he shot a security guard who
1:54.7	is taking cover behind a desk. An elevator door then opened. A woman walked out,
1:59.9	and we're told police say Tamura allowed the woman to walk past him unharmed.
2:06.2	Tamara then got into the elevator, went to the 33rd floor. That was rudin management. He then started firing rounds as he walked the 33rd floor.
2:15.3	One person was struck and killed there.
2:21.9	Police say Tamura then shot himself in the chest, taking his own life.
