Hello, this is a double-headed program. Yeah it's a great program jam-packed with

provocation and information on the show today we welcome back one of our favorite

guests John Nichols National Affairs Correspondent for the Nation magazine.

And today we're going to talk about the Mueller probe.

We're going to analyze it probably in a way that others won't because it seems like the cable news tries to analyze it in terms of

horse race and how things affected this other thing rather than the facts of the case.

So we look into getting into that and we'll probably talk about other parts of the

political landscape with John and that's just the first part of the show. In the

second half we welcome first-time guest Dr. Alan Deal.. Deal is an aviation expert and he actually survived an

airline crash himself and that launched him on an airline safety crusade.

He's written a couple of books about airline safety, one of which was nominated

for a Pulitzer Prize entitled Silent Knights, blowing the whistle on military accidents and their cover-ups.
