1:14.4	In just hours, the Uvaldi City School Board will hold what will likely be an emotional and heated public meeting.
1:22.1	It comes just a day after a House committee released a scathing report on the police's response to May's shooting at Robb Elementary School,
1:29.6	calling the tragedy that left 19 children and two teachers dead the result of systemic failures. The committee, however, found no one other than the gunman himself to be to blame for the shooting. According to
1:34.7	its report, despite a robust police response, the committee found a breakdown in the chain of
1:40.2	command, along with egregiously poor decision-making. In the midst of the shooting,
1:45.1	no one called the Rob Elementary's principal to ask about the location of a master key for the
1:50.3	school. And the school district's police chief testified that he immediately began to think of the
1:55.2	attacker as being cornered and the situation as being one of a barricaded subject. The police chief told the committee he would have acted differently had he known injured victims were in the classrooms.
